1. Scope
This policy covers Bryant Media's public websites, Mila's Weekly Mission email signup, and Bryant Media Connections, our administrative tool for authorized Bryant Media operators. Bryant Media Connections is not a consumer social network or advertising product.
2. Information we process
Depending on the platform and operation, we may process:
- channel or account identifiers, names, handles, and ownership-verification information;
- OAuth access and refresh tokens used to maintain authorized connections;
- YouTube videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, comments, ratings, playlists, and related channel metadata;
- files and metadata an authorized operator deliberately submits for upload or management; and
- limited technical logs needed for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and auditability.
- an email address and signup-source information when a person chooses to join Mila's Weekly Mission.
We do not use this application for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. Why we use information
We use information only to authenticate and verify company-owned accounts, maintain requested platform connections, perform separately approved content operations, protect the system, investigate failures, support revocation, and meet platform or legal requirements.
4. Mila's Weekly Mission
When you enter The Player Storm, Beehiiv processes your email address on our behalf so we can send Mila's Weekly Mission. Signup requires a consent checkbox and double confirmation by email. We use signup-source information only to understand where subscribers found the form.
You may unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We retain your subscription record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, plus any limited record required for consent, security, or legal compliance. We do not sell subscriber information.
5. Google API data
Bryant Media Connections' use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google account data is used only to provide or improve user-facing channel-connection and content-management features requested by authorized Bryant Media operators. It is not used for advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.
6. Storage and security
Credentials are not placed in the public website or public source code. Operational credentials are kept in restricted credential storage with access limited to authorized operators and systems. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or platform data. Information may be processed by service providers that support the requested operation, including Beehiiv for newsletter signup and delivery, Google and YouTube, TikTok when activated, and Vercel for public website hosting. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or the integrity of our systems.
8. Retention, revocation, and deletion
We retain connection data only while it is needed for the authorized operation, security, audit, or legal purposes. An operator may revoke Google access through the third-party connections page in their Google Account. For help disconnecting an account or requesting deletion, email info@bryantmedia.ai. We will verify the requester and remove eligible data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to security backups and legal obligations.
9. Children
Bryant Media Connections is for adult, authorized business operators. Our websites and email newsletters are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information.
10. Changes and contact
