Get help with an authorized Bryant Media channel connection, disconnection, or data request.

Email support
Describe the channel or account, the platform, and what you need. Include a screenshot only if it contains no credentials.
Email info@bryantmedia.aiPasswords, OAuth tokens, client secrets, backup codes, or one-time verification codes.
Disconnect Google or YouTube
Open your Google Account, go to Security, then review third-party connections. Select Bryant Media Connections and remove access. You may also email us so we can remove the corresponding operational credential.
Disconnect TikTok
After TikTok access is activated, revoke the application from TikTok's connected-app settings and email us to remove the corresponding operational credential.
Verify a request
To protect company-owned accounts, Bryant Media may verify your identity, authority, and the exact channel before changing a connection or deleting data.
