1. Authorized use only
Bryant Media Connections is a private business application. Only people expressly authorized by Bryant Media may use its operational features. You must use your own authorized platform account and provide accurate information.
2. Permission boundaries
Connecting an account confirms a technical authorization; it does not by itself authorize publishing, deletion, advertising spend, transfer of ownership, or another consequential action. Those actions remain subject to Bryant Media's separate approvals and authority controls.
3. Permitted and prohibited conduct
You may use the application only for lawful Bryant Media operations within the permissions assigned to you. You may not attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, expose credentials, disrupt the service, misuse platform data, impersonate another person, or use the application for a third party's accounts without documented authority.
4. Email newsletters
If you subscribe to a Bryant Media newsletter, you agree to receive the emails described on the signup form after confirming your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message. Subscribing does not authorize unrelated marketing or any charge.
5. Third-party platforms
Beehiiv, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other connected services are operated by third parties. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and availability. Bryant Media Connections does not override a platform's controls or decisions.
6. Security
You must protect your devices and accounts, use appropriate authentication safeguards, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not send passwords, access tokens, client secrets, or verification codes by email.
7. Intellectual property
Bryant Media owns the application, website, and Bryant Media materials except where third-party rights apply. These terms grant no license beyond the limited right to use the service as authorized.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable, including because of platform limits or maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Bryant Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. Bryant Media may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, security is at risk, or these terms are violated.
10. Changes and contact
